Instead of writing about technical achievements of their products, articles have focused on a “save the planet” outlook. One employee-written article claiming to be a list of top 10 goals placed “developing cutting-edge technology” at number 6. A sense of entitled complacency has seemingly taken root at Cisco. Can it be turned around?
